I had an interesting photo assignment for school; I needed to use converging lines in a photograph. As soon as I read about the assignment I knew that I wanted to do a shoot at Scripps Pier. It's been on my to-do list for a while and this was the perfect excuse to head down to the beach. It was a beautiful night and the lighting was gorgeous (as were the kids, of course.) My family and I spent about an hour at the beach and I fell in love with this section of La Jolla Shores. The pier was just awesome and there are cliffs lining one side of the beach. And best of all... it wasn't crowded! Looking forward to many more shoots here.

Big Brother, Little Sister.

I took a day off from editing wedding pictures and spent some time photographing my favorite kids. We had wanted to take some pictures in their Broncos cloths to celebrate the upcoming football season but laundry needed to be done to make that happen (stay tuned...those will be taken soon!) I didn't want to miss out on the gorgeous lighting we had last night so out we went anyway. Here are some of my favorite shots of my munchkins. Can't believe how much they have grown in the few months that we have been in San Diego.
